High grade Lymphoma

When Pat posted today that doctors suspect that dad may have high grade lymphoma I was very sad and worried. But after doing some research I have found that this could not necessarily be very bad if you read the links to the site below the prognosis for high grade lymphoma is not so bad. <3

An excerpt below from another site. I'm not sure if these are the types that dad has but from what I am reading high grade has a better cure rate.

High grade lymphomasThese lumpiness generally need more aggressive treatment than the low grade types. But they are often respond well to treatment. Many people are cured. The commonest type of high grade lymphoma is diffuse large B cell lymphoma. About 1 in 3 of all lumpiness diagnosed (30%) are this type is difficult to be specific about prognosis as there are so many different types of high grade lymphoma. And they do not all behave the same way. Generally speaking, about 60 out of every 100 people diagnosed (60%) are cured.
