Call to the Hospital Am June 1st

I called in to speak with Richard his nurse. He stated not much change to speak of. The blood works and Xray were still processing. His vitals were still stable. I guess that is good news to be stable and unchanged.

Dr Sorathia was just stopping in to see him and going over the charts.

Dad has been completly off sedation now for about 36 hours. Arcot said about 48 to 72 is more likely the time frame when he might come too. They thought maybe Friday would be possible for the trcheostomy now. As of this morning though there was no surgical consult.

They are still treating him for (Vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE) also refered to as Mersa.
